How long does it take?

HOA Search can take as many as 2 business days; however, our average turnaround time is 2 hours.

Do you offer refunds?

Of course, we do! Please Contact Us or use the Client Portal to request a refund if you placed your order there. If your transaction doesn’t close, we will inquire with the HOA to receive a full refund on the document costs as well.

What are “processed HOA documents”?

If you have dealt with HOAs before, you know they often send you hundreds of pages of scanned documents. Unfortunately, this means that they are not searchable – you cannot easily find information using the search functionality. So instead, our machine learning algorithm processes all your documents so you can easily find everything you need. We also summarize all relevant information, so you don’t ever have to read the HOA documents.

How are you able to summarize all HOA information?

We use NLP (Natural Language Processing) and other Machine Learning algorithms to extract the information, summarize it, and present it in a very user-friendly way. Our algorithms have a 100% success rate, however everything our clients see passes through our Quality Assurance team, as well to be completely sure we deliver the best possible product for you.

What documents do you acquire?

We order the payoff according to your closing date. If you would like to receive it right away, we will order right away and send the documents to you in no time. Some lenders provide the payoff within 30 minutes, others take up to 5 days. We always notify you about the timeline.
